Every story deserves a place where what has been quietly carried can be met with compassion, gently seen, deeply heard, and truly understood.
A place where what has been quietly carried can be met with compassion.
Compassionate, trauma-informed telehealth therapy for teens, young adults, and adults throughout California.
You don't have to carry it alone.
I'm Dr. Nadeeshani Jayasundara, PsyD, LMFT, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing compassionate telehealth therapy to teens, young adults, and adults throughout California. As both a therapist and someone who has experienced immigration, I understand how living between cultures can shape our identity, relationships, and sense of belonging. My practice is a space where your full story is welcome—the grief, the resilience, and the parts of yourself that have been quietly carried for far too long. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, immigration experiences, cultural identity, intergenerational trauma, and life transitions. Together, we'll create a compassionate, trauma-informed space where healing can unfold at a pace that feels safe, collaborative, and meaningful.
You Don't Have to Carry It Alone
Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to have the right words or everything figured out before you begin.
Therapy offers a place to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and begin relating to yourself with greater compassion.
You are welcome here.
You may be here because…
Many of my clients come to therapy carrying something they've never quite had words for. If any of these feel familiar, you're in the right place.
- Anxiety that won't quiet, even when life looks fine on the outside
- Grief that feels too big or too complicated to process alone
- The weight of navigating two cultures, two identities, two worlds
- Patterns from your family of origin that keep showing up in your relationships
- A sense that something important has been lost — and a longing to find it again
- A teen or young adult who is struggling and needs a safe, attuned space to be heard
Healing that honors the whole of you.
I draw from Internal Family Systems, attachment theory, and somatic awareness to help you understand yourself more deeply — not just manage symptoms, but genuinely heal.
