Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #132617)

Our lives are shaped not only by the experiences we've lived, but also by the stories we inherit. For many of us, living between cultures, identities, and expectations can influence how we see ourselves, relate to others, and experience a sense of belonging. Stories of migration, sacrifice, resilience, love, and survival often become woven into our lives alongside unspoken grief, cultural expectations, and burdens that were never ours to carry.

My practice is dedicated to supporting people who have experienced immigration, children of those who have experienced immigration, multicultural individuals, women, and anyone navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, identity, relationships, intergenerational experiences, and life transitions. I strive to create a compassionate space where there is room not only for words, but also for silence—for the experiences that have never been spoken, the grief that has never been named, and the parts of yourself that have quietly carried so much for so long.

Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based, experiential, mindfulness-based, and other trauma-informed relational approaches, I believe healing is more than understanding your story—it is experiencing yourself differently. Together, we'll gently explore the protective ways you've learned to survive, honor the wisdom and resilience that brought you here, and build a compassionate relationship with every part of yourself.

My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can reconnect with your roots without feeling confined by them, embrace every part of who you are with compassion, and move forward with greater authenticity, freedom, and belonging.

"Sometimes healing begins not by finding the right answers, but by creating space for what has lived in silence for far too long."

What I believe

01

"You are the expert on your own life. I'm here to help you access the wisdom you already carry."

02

"Healing is not linear — and that's okay. Progress looks different for everyone."

03

"Therapy should feel like a collaboration, not something done to you."
