Therapy designed to support you at every stage of life

Whether you're an adult navigating burnout, a teen finding your footing, or a parent seeking support for your child — there is a place for you here.

How therapy works here

Every person who walks through the door — or logs on — brings a unique story. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. Instead, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches and adapt them to what feels right for you. Sessions are 50 minutes and held via secure telehealth or in person.

Individual Therapy

For adults

Individual Therapy

A space to slow down, make sense of what you're carrying, and move toward healing.

Individual therapy for adults offers a confidential, compassionate space to explore what's keeping you stuck — whether that's anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, relationship stress, or the lingering weight of past experiences. Together, we'll work to understand the patterns that no longer serve you and build a life that feels more grounded and authentic.

Approaches used

  • Trauma-informed care & EMDR
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Attachment-based therapy
  • Mindfulness & somatic work

Good fit if you are

  • Adults navigating anxiety, depression, or chronic stress
  • Those processing grief, loss, or major life transitions
  • Professionals experiencing burnout or identity shifts
  • Anyone ready to do deeper, pattern-level work

What to expect

Sessions are 50 minutes. We'll begin with a thorough intake to understand your history and goals, then build a treatment plan together. Most clients start with weekly sessions and adjust frequency as they progress.

Teen & Young Adult Therapy

For teens & young adults

Teen & Young Adult Therapy

Support for the years that feel the most uncertain — and the most formative.

The teenage and young adult years are full of pressure: academic stress, identity questions, social anxiety, family conflict, and the challenge of figuring out who you are. I work with teens and young adults (ages 13–25) to build emotional resilience, improve communication, and develop a stronger sense of self — in a space that feels safe, non-judgmental, and genuinely theirs.

Approaches used

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills
  • Attachment-based & identity-focused work
  • Mindfulness & stress regulation

Good fit if you are

  • Teens struggling with anxiety, depression, or self-esteem
  • Young adults navigating college, career, or relationship stress
  • Those experiencing family conflict or social difficulties
  • Anyone processing identity, belonging, or major transitions

What to expect

I work collaboratively with teens and their families. Parents are involved in the intake process and periodic check-ins, while the teen's session remains their own confidential space. For young adults (18+), sessions are fully confidential.

Child Therapy

For children

Child Therapy

Children heal through play. I meet them exactly where they are.

Children don't always have the words for what they're feeling — but they show us through play, art, and behavior. I use evidence-based play therapy techniques to help children ages 4–12 process difficult emotions, work through trauma, and build the social and emotional skills they need to thrive. Parent involvement is a key part of the process.

Approaches used

  • Child-centered play therapy
  • Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT)
  • Parent-child interaction guidance
  • Art and expressive therapies

Good fit if you are

  • Children experiencing anxiety, fears, or emotional outbursts
  • Kids who have experienced trauma, loss, or family change
  • Children with behavioral challenges at home or school
  • Families navigating divorce, grief, or major transitions

What to expect

The first session is a parent consultation — no child present — so we can discuss your concerns, history, and goals. Child sessions are 45 minutes and use play, art, and storytelling as the primary language of healing. I provide regular parent updates and guidance.
