My Approach
Therapy that meets you where you are.
The Beliefs That Guide My Work
I believe that our experiences make sense in the context of what we've lived through. The ways we think, feel, relate, and protect ourselves are often shaped by stories that began long before we fully understood them. Rather than asking, "What's wrong with you?" I believe healing begins by gently asking, "What happened to you?"
I believe every part of who you are developed for a reason. Even the parts that feel overwhelming, critical, fearful, or protective often carry wisdom born from surviving difficult experiences. When these parts are met with curiosity instead of judgment, they create space for healing, self-understanding, and lasting change.
I believe healing happens at the pace of safety. That's why I pay close attention to your emotional experience, your nervous system, and what feels manageable as we move through the therapeutic process together. Rather than rushing toward change, we'll move at a pace that fosters trust, connection, and lasting growth.
Healing is not about fixing who you are or erasing your past. It is about building a compassionate relationship with your story—honoring your roots, making space for what has been quietly carried, and discovering the freedom to move forward without being defined by your experiences.
At the Heart of My Approach
Every Story Matters
Every story deserves to be explored with curiosity and compassion. Together, we'll seek to understand the experiences that have shaped you, trusting that greater understanding creates the foundation for meaningful healing and lasting change.
Every Part Is Welcome
I believe every part of who you are developed for a reason. Even the parts that feel fearful, critical, protective, or uncertain deserve to be met with compassion rather than judgment.
Healing Creates Freedom
Healing isn't about becoming someone different. It's about reconnecting with yourself, honoring your roots, and creating the freedom to move through life with greater authenticity, self-compassion, and choice.

Healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about coming home to who you have always been — beneath the adaptations, the armor, and the weight of what you've carried.
